There will be a trunk show during the annual Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio Halloween Trunk or Treat event on Tuesday, October 30. The Urban League’s Gentlemen’s Clothing Closet is stocked with gently used business attire including suits, shirts, ties, and accessories. The sale is open to the public from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on both October 30 and October 31 at the Urban League. Funds generated from the pop-up shop will go to support the Urban League including job training and tutoring and mentoring programs for youth. Clothing prices range from $30 to $100.
Children are invited to collect tasty treats in a safe environment during trunk or treat in the parking lot across the street from the Urban League located at the corner of Reading Road and Prospect Place. Trunk or Treat is from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. A movie and arts and crafts party is from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. inside the Urban League at 3458 Reading Road in Avondale. Registration is not required.

ULGSO serves people in the following areas: Cincinnati and Dayton, the northern most sections of Boone, Kenton and Campbell Counties in Kentucky, and Ohio counties of Butler, Warren, Clermont, Montgomery, Greene, Preble, Miami, Hamilton and Darke.
