Miami Valley Urban League to Release "State of Black Dayton"
Report reveals lost opportunities and promise for African-American families in Dayton
Cincinnati – The Miami Valley Urban League (MVUL) and its parent company Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio (ULGSO) has commissioned civic, housing, criminal justice, economic, social justice, and health experts to present their findings on conditions for African-Americans in the Gem City.
“After reading the report, you will see there is a big challenge ahead for leaders in both the City of Dayton and Montgomery County surrounding the restoration and revitalization of our community,” said MVUL Executive Director Branford Brown.

The press conference will precede the 2nd Annual Miami Valley Urban League Luncheon at Sinclair Community College.
