Eligibility Requirements 

• Eligibility determined by Hamilton County Job and Family Services 14 to 24 years of age 
• Household income within 200 percent of the federal poverty level (eligible for Temporary Assistance to Needy Families) 
• Minor, parenting a minor child or residing in a home with a minor child 
   
• Hamilton County resident 

• Have a barrier to self-sufficiency (e.g., living in poverty, in juvenile system, parenting, lack of basic skills)
