Solid Foundations, Building Futures: We Construct Success

We've launched a groundbreaking apprenticeship readiness program called Building Futures. Our goal is to equip you with essential life skills, financial literacy, and construction trade knowledge to prepare you for a successful career in the building trades.

Program Details

  • 12-week program
  • Earn as you learn with a weekly stipend 
  • No experience in the construction industry is required to apply
  • Career assistance with one of the affiliated trades provides participants with competitive starting wages, health, and retirement benefits.

* Attendance is required and strictly adhered to for participants to successfully complete the program.

How to Qualify

  • Completed program application
  • Able to pass Drug screening
  • 18 or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Drivers License/Reliable Transportation
  • Passing Assessment score

In collaboration with key stakeholders such as the Hamilton County Board of Commissioners, the City of Cincinnati, the Ohio Department of Transportation, the AFL-CIO, and the Cincinnati Building and Construction Trades Council, the 12-week program helps pave the way for YOUR success in the southwestern Ohio construction sector.
