Program Eligibility:

To be eligible for the next cohort, participants must meet the following criteria:

  • Reside in the Cincinnati or Northern Kentucky region
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a High School diploma or GED
  • Pass an Internet basics assessment
  • Commit to attending mandatory cohort events
