Build Your Future with WIOA
The Urban League CCMEP WIOA Youth Program prepares out-of-school youth for real careers with paid work experience, skills training, and the support to remove barriers standing in your way.

What is WIOA?
The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funds programs that help young adults gain the skills and experience needed to launch meaningful careers.
Through the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio's CCMEP program — in partnership with Ohio Job & Family Services — we connect out-of-school youth ages 16–24 with paid work experience, vocational training, and wraparound support to clear the road ahead.
Our goal: prepare every participant for secondary or post-secondary education, help them earn credentials, and secure employment with real career growth potential.
