Why should I take the survey?

We want you to be a part of a pivotal moment in Cincinnati's history by participating in the Urban League's Citywide Inclusion Survey, conducted in partnership with Integrity Development Corp (IDC). IDC is spearheaded by President and CEO, Eric Ellis. As a nationally recognized Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) consulting firm, IDC aims to critically assess and understand the current state of inclusion, belonging, fairness, equity, and opportunity for diverse groups within our city.

From December 15th to May 1st, we are gathering your valuable insights to assess inclusion, fairness, equity, and opportunity for all diverse groups within our city. This survey is crucial for our upcoming State of Black Cincinnati Report and is a step forward in creating a Cincinnati where every voice is heard, and every resident feels welcome.
